This page says what Sushi Nami - Makati does with the details you give us when you order on this website. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, so we can prepare your order and reach you about it.
• Your email address, if you give one, for the order confirmation and updates.
• An address, only when you ask us to book a rider for you.
• What you ordered, the pickup time you chose, and any notes you add.
• Your account details and loyalty points, if you create an account.
• Whether a payment went through. Card numbers are typed on PayMongo’s page and never reach us.
• Technical details such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure and to count visits.

Why we keep it

To make and hand over your order, to reach you if something goes wrong, to run your account and points, to stop fraud and abuse, and to see how the site is used.

Who else sees it

• PayMongo handles online payments and tells us whether a payment succeeded.
• Grab or Lalamove get your name, number and address only when you ask us to book a rider.
• Google Analytics counts visits to the site.
• Our email provider sends order emails, and our web host stores the site and its database.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Orders stay in our records as business records. Account details stay until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Call or email us and we will do it. 

Cookies

One cookie keeps your cart and sign-in working while you use the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and sign-in will stop working without ours.
